Latesha Wallace is the Co-Owner and CEO of RiJoyce T&B Solutions LLC, DBA RiJoyce Tax. Her passion for numbers, people and accuracy has helped her excel in her career as an Accounting Professional. Seeing a need, she had a strong desire to help individuals and small business owners. This compelled her to launch her own business, thus RiJoyce was born. Latesha aspires to not only prepare taxes but to provide personal attention to clients' financial needs. She is dedicated to remaining knowledgeable and providing the highest level of service.

Delandria Tatum is the Business Support Manager of RiJoyce T&B Solutions LLC, DBA RiJoyce Tax. In addition to her love of helping others, Delandria’s organized and timely nature is essential to the day to day operations of RiJoyce T&B Solutions. With half a decade of business support experience Delandria is proficient in administrative practices. She is focused on providing timely and accurate document review and turn around. She strives to provide excellent customer service in addition to providing tax literacy information to both individuals and small business owners. Along side Latesha and Michael, she will ensure customers have a positive and memorable experience.
